I like how it closes and latches. I like the fact that it's wide and easy to reach, unlike the narrow neck jars/thermos I've had in the past. I don't like that it barely keeps food warm for only 2-3 hours. I always pour in hot water and keep the thermos closed for a few minutes before draining the hot water and adding hot food. I kept it mainly because of its good size in 3 different sizes, secure lid and wide neck.
