I use this unit for carpal tunnel and lower back pain. The pads snap on easily to the electrical connectors which are color coded to indicate positive or negative electrical charge which is nice. It comes with 10 total pads in small, medium, and large sizes. The pads adhere well to the skin and are easy to take on and off. After many uses they still adhere really well. There are 6 different modes you can choose from and a timer which can be set between 10 and 60 minutes. I generally use the kneading mode for my back and the cupping mode for my carpal tunnel. The battery lasts quite a while and the unit is compact enough to easily take on trips if your having pain or just in case you have a flare up while away. This is basically the same unit my chiropractor uses on me and is only $25 and can do at home.
