Review on ReviewTrail by Craig Rossman

I like that it's easy to use, has good reporting features as well as being able to export into other formats such as csv or xlsx (if needed).

It doesn't have any inbuilt filters which could be helpful when looking at specific areas for improvement - perhaps this is something they're considering adding? We've been using them since 2013 but haven't really had issues with their service so far. The support team are always willing to help out if we need assistance! They also offer an excellent hosted version called "premier" where all your data can reside within one place rather than having multiple accounts across different providers.
