Logic Broker - Great services and good communications

The team is very smart, has great customer service skills. They are always quick to respond. We have been working together since March 2017. I would say nothing bad about it so far! Nothing really. Just keep up your communication with each other as this will help you get along well. If there's anything i dislike then its how slow some of their processes can be sometimes. But if you stay patient, everything should work out fine. Do try them out. You won't regret it. Working with logic broker was

Fantastic Experience With Dropify Platform

The service has been great! I have experienced some issues (like all of our partners) relating logistics / shipping but are working through it now via customer success managers helpdesk/CSM - will communicate any remaining problems as soon possible!! Overall fantastic experience so far from my end point view :) Not everything is perfect however like everyone else there's always improvements coming which makes me feel good about things overall. Great team, easy process and smooth going

Their customer service is great. They will work around your schedule or whatever schedule makes sense! We have had issues with shipping but everything has been corrected as of late. Customer Service is amazing! Keep reaching out to them to resolve any questions you may have. The ability to be able to make changes to shipments without being constantly waiting for approvals takes time away from actually selling our product.
