Their customer service is great. They will work around your schedule or whatever schedule makes sense! We have had issues with shipping but everything has been corrected as of late. Customer Service is amazing! Keep reaching out to them to resolve any questions you may have. The ability to be able to make changes to shipments without being constantly waiting for approvals takes time away from actually selling our product. The integration of our two companies is seamless - no issues there! I can't think about anything negative here as everything has been great so far during this transition period into one organization. We're working together closely now which makes it easier than if things were spread out over multiple people who may not be able to keep up or work well under pressure from both sides (buyers/sellers).
