I was cheated! Product does not correspond to the description at all.

I've had this awful chair for over six months now, and I can't wait until I get a new one to throw it away. Even if the pay were double what it is currently, I do not think I would accept it. Disappointed in the purchase after putting it together. After an hour of agony and having to cut the upholstery in some places to access the bolt holes, we decided to give the chair a second try despite the fact that we could no longer return it. The usual lubrication didn't work after a couple of weeks, so I went out and bought a thicker one and rubbed it on with a stick, and the creaking stopped. There was, in fact, a knock on the door. After struggling to pinpoint its origin for some time, I eventually found that placing a cotton pad in between the two pieces alleviated the problem. Nothing to say, just a fantastic assembly. The armrest, however, cracked just two weeks later. The spouse nearly lost his balance as a result of leaning on his elbows. Since the backrest could not be supported by the remaining armrest, it had to be removed. They immediately requested a replacement, responded a week later, and then spent the next month and a half feeding us food and making excuses before finally bringing me a new one to use as I worked on a stool without a back. Superb assistance. What's the deal, though? Another armrest was broken in the fall, and it happened just a month ago. We prikolhozili him, and it looks like he's still hanging on, but I've run out of words to restrain myself. As if that weren't bad enough, after a few months it started creaking again, and now no amount of lubrication helps in any way, I can't understand where the creak comes from, and it's quite horrible and inconsistent, like a door from a horror movie that hasn't been greased in a long time. I can't stand to hear that anymore; it makes me so angry. In conclusion, we decided to place an order for a new, more expensive one, and I sincerely hope that it will not have any similar difficulties, despite the fact that I cannot conceive of another chair being as revolting as the one we had before. In lieu of this, I recommend spending the extra $3,500 - $5,000 on a more conventional office computer.

Pros
  • You can use it as a seat.
Cons
  • Everything is broken, creaky, uncomfortable, or tricky to put together.

Has some pros The chair is easily assembled with one screwdriver. Rubberized wheels. Pleasant to the touch fabric, removable covers. Comfortable and spacious chair. Has cons: Haven't found it yet.
