I would give this product 5 stars barring one small issue. I also ordered gold colored paper trays from the same company and found that the hanging wall organizer has a slight yellow cast but the stacking trays do not. At first this bothered me so much that I decided to return the trays, but once I placed them on opposite ends of the table I realized that wasn't really a problem. You really would have to hold all the products close to notice the difference. I only mention this if you have ordered multiple items from this company. In addition, the wall organizer is well made and, according to my husband, very easy to assemble with a drill. These accessories gave me the glamorous feel I was looking for when decorating my home office and their quality will allow me to enjoy them for years to come.
