Easy to use. I read these reviews before purchasing. I don't think it made my hair dry or overly moisturized. I left this for about 5 minutes. I washed my hair with a towel and dried it according to the instructions. I applied the product to damp hair, then rinsed and treated with conditioner. My product came as pictured but I think it comes in two different bottles. I have long hair so I used a lot of product, I didn't want my hair to look patchy...and I would say I have at least one more treatment in a small bottle. But my goal is to let my hair grow naturally. I've been working on this for 2 years now but my ends were so daring it was driving me crazy. It definitely helped cool down all the orange tones I had underneath and now my natural roots match my colored ends. I wish I had known about this product a long time ago. I've asked so many stylists to color the bottom of my hair to match my roots and they always refuse saying it's impossible... only agreeing to color my whole head... Now I need I don't have a salon and my hair will look great as long as I keep growing it. 😀
