Pros: Fully satisfied with the flexibility of silicone, accepts hot liquids in the microwave without damage and pours easily. Cons: There is a problem with attaching measurements to the sides. The milliliter and liter (metric) markings are usually on one side, while the cup, ounce, and quart (US) markings are on the opposite side. I've used Pyrex measuring cups to check sizes, which I've used in every recipe for 30 years with no problems. 4 cups of water poured into Norpro in Pyrex equals 4 1/2 cups. When using Norpro to measure out 4 cups of liquid from a recipe I've made in the past, according to the measuring cups I've always used successfully, I add 1/2 cup of excess liquid and this can drastically reduce the resulting product change. . Cannot recommend this product due to accuracy in US recipes using US units.
