Good older toddlers
I love this chair it doesn't take up much space my child who is 2 years old and weighs 37lbs will actually sit at the table in it but I won't leave him unattended in it. A child can tip it over, it's too light so I gave it 4 stars but yes it's a good transition from a high chair,
