Edited to add: I threw it away. I felt it added more dryness and texture over time. Mr Pumice Blocks are better and give you that silky smooth feel you crave. I have dry feet. I hate that I have to have something like this to make winter bearable, but unfortunately I have to. I don't like plastic sponge foot scrapers because I can't believe they don't grow bacteria and stuff like that. When I peel away dead skin and reveal new skin, that's the big no-no. So I decided to try one that can be sanitized by spraying with alcohol. For that reason I like him. However, it's not as effective as those spongy plastic foot scrapers. It took a lot of work to get my skin off, and yet it will take a few chills for my feet to be where they should be. I'll use it until it's no longer good, but I wouldn't buy it again. I'm also afraid it will rust so don't keep it in the shower.
