
They are easy to use. And it's good to know that if the device stops working, I can just replace it and use the fiber where it is with the new device. Because they basically all work the same way. I used mine to light up my stairs. How: I worked with the strands individually and connected them at the end of the process. I drilled holes in the stairs, glued them to the bottom of the holes, stuck the optics through the tape like a capri sun, pressed flush, poured super glue over them, went around and used a hot glue gun to attach them from the bottom, I twisted and pinned the strands in groups where I wanted, I glued them together and cut them. Then connect the groups together to connect them to the light block. Be careful with the hot glue gun, it can melt and bend the strands if it's too hot, it was tricky! I will update when the block stops working. :)
