Review on 💡 Dimmable Daylight Recessed Downlight by TORCHSTAR by Martin Alvarez

I used these to replace a couple of overhead lights that were retrofitted in the laundry room with defective CFLs (compact fluorescent lights). For this application it was perfect. Color temperature, CRI (the ability to accurately represent the colors of objects) and output (brightness) were very good indeed. In addition, since the light mainly hits the ceiling surface, the light falls almost to the ceiling via the shelves on the walls. For this application, this is an absolute winner. I've seen pictures of these lights being used in kitchens and living rooms with high ceilings. This app isn't that good as it tends to add a lot of flare to the brightness of the lens itself. An improved lamp that sits above the ceiling is probably still best suited for this application. So choose the right app and enjoy.
