Will NOT replace the original bulbs

Last year I bought a set of Brightech Ambience PRO LED lights. Although lightbulbs should last for many years, one of them is already exhausted. Luckily, I thought to myself, I bought a spare lamp set at the time. But to my surprise, when I replaced the faulty bulb, it got noticeably brighter than everyone else. Although the markings on the bulbs are exactly the same (except for the ring which was black and is now white) it is obvious that the lighting effect is different and this is important as they need to be dimmed as low as tolerable ( otherwise they are too bright). What I noticed on the packaging is that it says 250 lumens and 2700K heat. When I saw this new online listing of 200 lumen, 2500K heat bulbs I thought this must be the closest match. It's hard to tell the exact specifications of what I received as the package is now empty despite the base stamps saying 2500,000. Unfortunately the effect is the same - these new bulbs are brighter than the old ones (see image) and are identical to last year's 2700K. This tells me that Brightech is not honest with the bulbs they supply. I wouldn't care if the ability to blackout them wasn't that important, so now I don't know what to do other than sending them back as not as described.
