I recently bought Lands End Kids Squall Snow Pants for my 10 year old and have mixed feelings about it. On the one hand, the pants are functional and keep my child warm while playing snowballs. The outer layer is made of durable material that resists bad weather well. Also, the adjustable waistband is a great feature that ensures a comfortable fit. On the other hand, I found the design boring. Plain black pants with no unique features or designs. While functionality is important, it would be nice to see something more visually appealing, especially for a child. The fit also felt a bit unfocused - too long in some places and too short in others. All in all, the Lands End Kids Squall Snow Pants do their job, but don't impress in terms of design or fit. If functionality is more important to you, then these trousers are a good choice. However, if you're looking for something more stylish or appropriate, you might want to consider other options.
