I usually wear a medium and bought a large based on other reviews here. Mistake. I'm 6'2" and 172 pounds. I have to conclude that a lot of reviewers don't read the label before buying. I say slim. If you're slim, stay your size. If not, then go for it can you increase the size I have bought a few other more expensive shirts along with this one and while the fabric may not be "premium" it was the closest thing to a true fit.
