Warranty support is slow
In general, the system worked properly for almost 4 months. The system would not turn on at all. Contacted support and tried to fix the problem. Check power, memory, etc. NUC has a problem. It's been a week and I keep getting emails saying they are looking into warranty options, availability etc, but it might be a week before they figure it out and contact me. I'm not a happy tourist. We actually use the computers we buy, and going without them for long is problematic. Assemble, repair or replace! I will update this review with final results and timeline.
