When the built-in screen protector is wiped with a cleaning cloth, moisture can penetrate the edges. I had to remove the case several times to dry the iPad screen. Although not sold as a waterproof case, the built-in screen protector should fit snugly inside the case to prevent moisture damage from normal screen cleaning. I would not recommend this product if I want to keep your screen clean and germ free.
