Liquid Gold was a long time ago and I really forgot until I saw it at a hardware store and thought it might be what I need to bring back the shine of my hardwood and softwood floors. It didn't disappoint. It's very easy to use. I mopped the floor first, then steam mopped (which I do) and then used a damp mop to spread the gold. It's really beautiful. My friend is a professional housemaid and she was amazed to think we covered the floors with urethane. It has a nice satin finish and doesn't really smell. Holds up amazingly well. I highly recommend this product.
