For comfort, I award 4 points for just one reason: due to the widely spaced straps (which are necessary in the design for wearing your own bra), the outer edge of the plastic hooks rubbed and irritated the skin. I solved this problem by sewing a soft piece of fabric around this spot. The manufacturer may consider adding additional comfort padding with Velcro.
