I've spent about 6 hours trying to get this hub to work with my new 2020 Mac Pro with no success. Can't get the monitor to work; just a black screen. My Mac GUI recognizes the monitor and actually executes mouse click commands, but the monitor is completely black. I blindly moved my mouse all the way up and all the way to the left across the black screen and clicked and it successfully clicked the Apple logo as I can see the action on my Mac's screen. If you're happy with the black screen, this hub is for you. I have another compact hub from another manufacturer that works great but gets very hot in use. I tried the TOTU hub on my Dell XPS and it worked fine. It is very confusing and disappointing that this product does not work at all on Mac Pro. I have no choice but to return the TOTU hub and continue using my current hub until I find an alternative hub. I do not recommend this product.
