Connecting with zippers is simple and effective. A total of 0.8A at full speed at 12V, their consumption is pretty negligible given my 220Ah battery and 190W solar panels. The above splitter supports both 4-wire fan and 3-wire fan, and the PWM controller also connected above provides quiet and smooth control of fan speed and has the added benefit of being very small but bright at full speed is and gradually decreases to very dark . On the lowest fan level is a night light for the interior of my motorhome.
