I've put these in my masks but found that after a few uses, even if removed before washing, they break in half and if you leave tape on them they eventually will come out. The size is good and they help if you need something to keep the mask from falling off. It is made of aluminum and will break on its own over time. I personally wouldn't recommend this if it's going to be used all the time.
