Tip broke slightly, unable to contact seller. I tried to find a way, Revain doesn't have it. I haven't even used it that often (once every 2 weeks just to write grades into an excel spreadsheet) but the tip is very wobbly and slows down slightly. I would like to speak to the seller as I have not had one for a year and it is useless but there is no way to contact them. If the seller reads this I would appreciate it if they contact me. ***Updated Review: I finally heard from the seller and they did an excellent job of solving the problem. They admitted the design they had was fragile and sent me a new, more durable pen. It's great and I definitely recommend their new design. Sarah the customer service rep was very professional and was quick to answer my questions and kept me updated on the process.
