Four stars because the product is fantastic. There is not much information about the product. The label on the box said 20 inches. The product description on Revain says 18 inches; The instruction page says 18 inches. I didn't measure it because it installed in less than a minute, it really didn't matter. The product description lists a lifetime warranty, which is why I chose this version over others. The company's website lists a lifetime warranty for this product, and the packaging and instructions state a 2-year warranty. Your information is not true, who knows what I actually have? In any case, it fits perfectly with my Jeep Renegade. Seat, with one arm flexed between seat and console. I was a little skeptical when I ordered it (before hearing about conflicting information), not sure if it's strong enough to hold my phone, will it move, will there be a rattle, is the mount big enough? As soon as I opened the box I knew it was worth it.Retrieving items from plastic bags took longer than installing them.It literally takes two hands to bend my arm and move small steps Almost impossible (at one good way). no doubt it will stay where I put it. Inconsistencies aside, I would recommend it to anyone.
