The biggest benefit is that I can access my school's financial information from anywhere in our district or province! It also lets me check student attendance records at any time without having to log into every computer/laptop individually (I used Google Apps before). Sometimes it takes FOREVER for an update of this system - so be patient when using if during busy times like end-of day periods etc.. We are able solve issues around managing finances quickly when they arise but still maintaining detailed reports as well.
