It has worked great for several months - stable sound quality, the most comfortable headset and you can use it for Xbox and PC (if you have an Xbox dongle and need to be patient, to connect and reconnect each time you switch consoles). I've never dropped it, I always charge it for the right time and I'm very careful with my stuff BUT it just randomly decided to stop turning on. I made sure it didn't just run out of power by charging it with multiple cords and outlets, tried every possible combination of button presses, and even factory reset the settings. Nothing works, I can't turn it on. Worked on my Xbox and PC the night before it died and it sat quietly on the headset hook until I tried to use it again the next day. The seller offers a 90-day guarantee, which is great if it breaks sooner. but mine lasted a few months longer than their warranty covers - PRACTICAL. Less than a year later, this is one of the most expensive headsets out there. They expect you to get AT LEAST a year off a $300 headset. I will never buy from this seller (i-Tech Mall) again and I will never buy any Steelseries product again because nobody offered to help solve my problem. They got their money and said CYA so I say the same! EDIT: Customer service finally found a solution for me after months of back and forth. There's a soft reset and a hard reset, and I finally spoke to someone who knew how to do a FULL factory reset, which worked. Total agony, but at least it works again.
