my child has become slimmer. She still has a lot of growth in her but I ordered 7/8 Bcz they don't have a 6. I was expecting it to be a bit big but reading the reviews here most said it's on the small side, so 7/8 might be good enough fight it with little space but it was too much hahaha. but it's ok, she still has the other swimsuit she's wearing right now. I'll just wait until it's too small for her and switch to these. I think in terms of size I will say that it is suitable for an average child, not for a skinny to very skinny child, it will be very loose. My baby will probably fit in around 6 months, but this may not work for children with a large or long torso. Long torso with thin frame, I suggest buying another one or going to a store where you can actually try it on.
