Review on Bose SoundSport Truly Wireless Headphones Headphones by Wiktor Grzankowski ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The perfect purchase for me, exactly what I was looking for!

Check out the included instructions for proper headphone use. They must be securely fastened into the ear canals. If done properly, they will fit extremely snugly. The soundproofing is just okay. An unfixed flaw in the firmware of the headphones causes the headset mode to activate whenever the headphones are reconnected to a computer. Not only does this happen in Linux (Fedora 29), but it also occurs in Windows. There are no issues when the headphones are linked to the phone, and the button on the earphone can be used to activate the left earpiece if necessary. Sound-wise, the Bose has a little more bass and considerably less treble than the Sennheiser IE 4. The quality of the sound is superb overall, however I find myself craving more treble. Using a laptop, you can maintain a steady connection practically everywhere in the house, even if you're on a different floor (a private "brick" house). You don't need your phone in your pocket to enjoy music. A joke about "Shrek": I got it, tried it on, and looked in the mirror; damn, it's natural Shrek; how could such a design be made? I tried using small "elastic bands" to see if that would help, and the headphones fit much more snugly over my ears, with less protrusion at the rear. It eventually become the norm.

Pros
  • Sound. maintains a far separation of the signal Comfortable for the ears.
Cons
  • Problems with PC connection persist
