I wish I found this product sooner

This product moisturizes better than a lotion, requires less reapplication and smells like lavender/rosemary essential oils. Although I've read some reviews that I find difficult to open, mine is very easy to open and I can do it with one hand (hold the top and let gravity do the rest). Will be updated after longer use. Update: I wish I had found this stuff sooner. This time I had no crusts and the peeling went much smoother. My tattoo is looking amazing and when I got into the itchy phase this

My favorite in the body care category

I have found this to be my favorite of all the tattoo balms I have used to touch up and restore existing tattoos and the smell is very pleasant, almost soothing. The only problem is that it is currently only available in such small jars. The tiny pots provide just enough balm to condition a small to medium sized tattoo while it heals, which isn't a bargain if you tattoo regularly. I want the larger sizes to be available at reasonable prices.

This jar was not sealed when it arrived!

Received this quickly (in a huge envelope, may I add) but it wasn't sealed in any way so I have no idea how long the glass was exposed to the air or if anyone touched it ! I was expecting a seal around the rim of the jar and there was none making me very skeptical about using this cream I have to use from Thursday. It looks untouched but how can I be sure and how do I know if it has been open for months or not?

MUCH BETTER THAN H2OCEAN AQUATAT! WILL NOT STRIP INK FROM SKIN

I used Aquatate from H2Ocean until I read the ingredients and realized it's quite expensive A&D! It contains petroleum jelly and lanolin, which are known to pull ink out of skin before it's fully healed! It can be used after the tattoo has healed but not immediately while it is still fairly fresh. I found Tattoo Slime and I love it! Small container but not much and it makes my fresh tattoo look great. I also know that I will not put anything on my skin that could damage my new tattoo or strip…

    Tattoo Ink Lovers' Choice

I have 37 tattoos and 90% of them are all colors. I've been using this product for 11 years and although it doesn't stain clothes it smells great. And now for confidence in your investment (ink). They stay on all day and keep your artwork alive. I use it on old tattoos to restore color and start using 3 days after the first session. I'm outside in direct sunlight every day and have tried a dozen other products and in my opinion Tattoo Slime is head and shoulders above other ink balms. Enjoy

I wish I had found this a long time ago

I've only been using this for a few days but I'm loving the results of my new tattoos. This will make the whole healing process much faster. I am in the exfoliating phase of my tattoos and instead of leaving them dry and flaky, this material helps the outer layer of skin peel off more easily without the risk of pulling the ink out of my skin.

    Good but won't change

Used for tattoo care. I usually use Aquaphor, which works really well too, but I wanted to try something different. It seemed to me that it hydrated my skin better than Aquaphor. Aquaphor does a better job or creates a barrier if you have a tattoo where it needs to come into contact with clothing. I wasn't a fan of this scent, but despite having a skin allergy, I had no reaction. I don't particularly care about jars/mixing tubs that you have to dig into. Aquaphor is available in both a tube and

I've been using this stuff since they first released it

I first met the team at Tattoo Goo at the NY City Tattoo Convention circa 2000. . It's light, not greasy at all and the scent is very subtle (I have a VERY sensitive nose and can't stand most scented lotions etc). I use it 3-4 times a day for the first week after a new tattoo and it keeps it moist, doesn't scab and doesn't stain my clothes yet! The only time I do NOT use it is in the first week. at night as I like to use something thicker so I don't have to worry about it drying out or rubbing…

    Four stars for after-care products

Claims that it adds color to healed tattoos are very true. I tested it on some of mine and it worked fine. I didn't buy this balm for that original reason, but to treat fresh tattoos. I'm a big fan of Aquaphor (I've healed over 9 large tattoos with it) but it was also recommended to me so I decided to give it a try. He smells very good. The glass is very small, but that doesn't bother. It's very smooth, you need the smallest piece. However, my main gripe is how slippery it is because it rubs…

Smells good and works good, relieves itching and speeds healing

Last month I got my first tattoo, a 3" x 3" piece of my forearm. The tattoo artist gave me a few packs of Hustle Butter but I forgot one in my office on day 3 of healing so I had to buy something else to get through the weekend. This is the only one available in my local stores. This jar is quite small, but there isn't much of it. It smells like lavender and makes my tattoo sparkle/color even now that it's fully healed. I would definitely prefer to use oil for constant hydration and have…
