I don't fight, I lift
They're great for lifting weights when I'm working on my legs. Ideal for any exercise that requires your feet to stay in place while lifting weights, like squats and deadlifts. The gum is sticky, durable and flat. My only potential issue with them is heel to ball of foot spacing. There doesn't seem to be any rubber in this area. That wasn't a problem, but it touches.
Pros
- The build seems worth the money. Excellent traction. Good airflow. I will buy again and recommend.

- Bad smell even after cleaning
