Easy system, user friendly and useful

It's easy for new staff or existing ones that are not familiar yet! We have been using this software since I joined at my current employer in 2017 & we've had no issues thus far - simple solution but one which has enabled us all (HR& Training Manager)to be able view what each employee knows/needs to learn about our processes / procedures etc before they start working here next week!! There isn't anything i dislike really apart from maybe having an easier way when reporting time off due to illness? Maybe something like allowing employees access via tablets instead if paper diaries would help make sense??

Pros

Easy, intuitive interface
Ease learning how it works with little training needed
Simple process management tools available as well..I can update shifts remotely easily through system.
Good cost vs value ratio especially considering other systems required more support costs.e payroll was expensive also compared wth others such is payroll plus !
