Excellent quality but smaller than advertised

The sheet arrived in good condition and appears to be of high quality. However, the dimensions of 12 x 12 inches are wrong. It's actually 11 7/8" x 11 7/8". Luckily I didn't need exactly 12" x 12" but if someone else did it would be too small. I suspect the manufacturer cuts these parts from a large sheet and cuts them into a 12" x 12" line, wasting 1 or 2/8" of material in the cut.
