I didn't know what to expect when I received it. I must say that it was carefully packaged and very well protected. Even the tiny metal feet at the bottom of the bag have been protected. I gasped with an audible sigh as I unwrapped this beautiful handbag. The finish is very nice and I can say without reservation that the quality is very good. The design of the bag is not only beautiful, but also practical. Offering easy access, it features two main compartments with a large zipped pocket on one side and two small pockets on the other. The zippered divider pocket that separates the two main compartments is handy, although it would have been better if it was tighter than loose and chunky. The chiseled leather is unusually beautiful, I almost gave the bag up for an exchange (or maybe I should have) due to a faint water stain on one side. I was so delighted with the bag that I missed the opportunity to replace it because I enjoy using it so much now. I will not do this again if this problem reoccurs on future orders. Yes, I will order from them again. The handles are smooth and comfortable and the shoulder strap is way better than I expected. I'm a tall woman and I find the strap is perfect for the longest length. However, I wouldn't mind adding a few extra inches for a crossbody effect. I will say that the image made me think that the tools background color was black, but it is not. I love the combination of black and brown. I like the decorative magnetic clasp. This is a very Asian detail that makes the bag even more elegant. I'm concerned that it won't hold its shape over time, but only time and use will tell. I've received many compliments after just a week of use. For the price, the quality is damn good, as is the design. This is definitely not a bag you will see anywhere else. Very unusual and very elegant.
