Strong chemical odour. I let it air out on my porch overnight and it still stinks. I can smell it when I walk by. I'm not sure if the smell is coming from the box or the letters, but it all comes back. I would not let my child near him. Edit Seller's Response: Other recent reviews also complain about the chemical smell. I'll say I'm by no means paranoid about 'chemicals' or 'toxins', but the smell was by no means even remotely normal or healthy. I appreciate your offer to replace the product, but no thanks.
