I would give this product a zero if I could. I bought it after seeing a review on YouTube. I just started papercrafting and wanted to start making my own envelopes. I saw that this product also has a stamping device and label maker - great; all the things i would use. I received the item and used the envelope maker 3-5 times after which the stamp fell apart. Disappointed but believing the Keepers of Memory were good company I sent it back to have it replaced. The second broke when it came out of the box. Then I look at other Revain reviews and find out that several people have the same problem. I was so upset and angry I wrote to the company - no response. I will never buy anything from Memory Keepers again. The product is rubbish and bad customer service.
