There's no doubt that this was one of those engagements where we were able to really hit it off with our consultant from start, through implementation process right up until end user training! We had some learning curve issues as well (some new areas for us) but they quickly got past them thanks in part because their team is so awesome - there seemed like everyone knew everything about what I needed/had questions etc. They worked closely wtih my marketing manager which made things even more efficient. It would be great if you could have another call or meeting after an agreement has been reached between both parties before finalizing any contracts/agreements. This will ensure all details are ironed out prior to going live vs having surprises down the road when something comes along unexpectedly mid deployment and requires changes at last minute expense / time delay. I like that they are able to connect with clients in their industry and understand their needs. They have helped us with our client base of health care providers, so we were able to understand the market better. I also enjoyed working with the team because they were very friendly and easy to work with. I think it would be nice if they could add more tools to make their services more effective. We are solving the problem of understanding the needs of our clients.
