*Update* The following is incorrect. There were no repair updates and the time it took to replace them was worth it. I had to use a TV as a backup but it was too much pain in my neck. The monitor finally came back 3 weeks after I sent it back. It's working fine again. But I don't trust him. The specs and price are perfect, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wants a reliable monitor. The customizable color and speed options are amazing when I use it for office work and then switch to gaming. I will continue to enjoy this now refurbished monitor. Also the customer service rep was helpful but the actual delivery and repair was a pain. I never knew when I would be back despite checking the website for two weeks in a row... the display has stopped working. It responds to my computer. Turns on when I turn it off and turns off when my computer goes to sleep. Otherwise the same black screen. I've tried leaving it alone and coming back to it later, but to no avail. Contact support to view available options. This monitor has been little used.
