He adapts, you can't ask for more.
I've only used one so far but it works with no problems. Yes, the remaining gap to make things right is a bit small, but I'll trade it for the adapter's small size and footprint. No problem, and it's nice to have spare parts for some old VGA equipment and monitors. I have it lying around.
