Is as advertised: my feedback

Bought the band to go along with streaming walk video series. Band does offer some resistance for this out of shape person. Don't know how much benefit someone who is in shape would gain form using.

Pros

My husband and I are suprised with the resistance this offers and the comfort of the band itself

Cons

The rings may tear or rip during use, rendering the product useless
