After reading the reviews of customers from both our country and other countries, I came to the conclusion that this is the norm for smart - it acts as a kind of hearing protection from the maximum volume (such as smart does not understand that the aux is on and not headphones, despite the fact that customers say there is no such problem when using headphones).
