These bar stools are only $100 so you must remember to pay that much. These aren't the best bar stools in the world. However, they are a great combination of style, simplicity and value for money. They are incredibly light and came in a box measuring approximately 2 x 1 x 2 feet. Took 20 minutes to unbox, assemble and reassemble. and discard the packaging. They are made out of VERY cheap material. The fabric doesn't have nice seams and doesn't look like it will hold up over time. The hydraulic lift transforms them from very cheap, almost ridiculous, bar stools into sturdy, comfortable, and well-designed bar stools. Overall they look pretty good and are easy to move and/or adjust. I'm happy with what I got for $100, but I'm not thrilled with these chairs in any way. I hope they will serve me for several years and I will be completely satisfied!
