The product itself is fine but incredibly difficult to find. I found a video online showing how to do this, so I didn't just play around randomly. In short, after several hours of trying, I managed to remove the old strip but couldn't install the new one. The problem isn't so much in the strap itself, but in a small metal pin that you just squeeze and insert. I ended up taking it to a jeweler who also couldn't fit it and was told that the material of the watch itself had torn, so the needle wouldn't stay in place. Maybe it was my attempts to pull the pin. I am returning the bracelet for a refund and now have a working watch that I cannot wear on my wrist! In any case, I wouldn't recommend this band to anyone who isn't very good with tiny, springy objects or isn't willing to pay a jeweler to have it fitted.
