Review on Pure Zen Tea Thermos with Infuser: Stainless Steel Insulated Tumbler for Loose Leaf Tea, Iced Coffee, and Fruit-Infused Water - Blue, 15oz by David Garnic

I'm a bit dissatisfied with this kettle. After reading other people's reviews about leaks etc I was wary. But most reviews were positive, so I moved on. HOWEVER, my last night arrived and I'm sorry to say that the plastic bottom of the bottle was not attached. After struggling with it a bit, I put it back on, but I'm not sure it will hold up to the repetitive heat and cold. If it comes loose again I'll have to try to hold it with industrial glue. But that is not the point! The fact is that the production process of this product is of poor quality. Oh, it comes in a nice box and all, but when I get a brand new product I don't have to fix it right away and worry about its continued integrity. In addition, the entire product is made of very thin metal, especially the screen, which makes me even more concerned about the reliability of this gem. Therefore, given the poorer reviews from others and my own experience, I would caution against buying this product at this price point. If it was half the advertised price I would have thought it would be a 5 star deal even if it arrived with the bottom removed like mine. But in this price range I would say "careful".
