In your email, to which I am replying, you described the product as a travel tea mug, which is not the case as it is now easy to drink while travelling. Everything else about it is great. You should consider adding a sip/leak protection component to it which will greatly increase its appeal and value.

I bought it to use for tea and filter and at first I liked it. It kept the temperature very well and felt comfortable. However, after just a day of use, I took the lid off and it fell apart completely. The glue holding the lid/cap together didn't hold at all. If it were a year later I could understand it, but it literally fell apart after a day of use. For the price I paid this is very poor quality. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about my new stainless steel mug. It has a great infusion basket that is easy to use and clean. The diameter of the mug is perfect for drinking straight from it. I keep mine in the freezer when I want to pour iced tea in the morning to take to work or on a trip. It comes in a great case suitable for gifting or keeping. I've had a variety of tea glasses over the years. This one looks cute but lets heat through like crazy. When brewing tea, the outside of the thermos feels almost as hot as any ceramic tea mug. Not that it's scientific, but I suspect it only keeps tea hot 10-15% longer than the teacup listed.
