I work in healthcare and wear this mask to work when my hospital started reusing PPE. I took the fitness test and passed it. The mask is light and serves its purpose perfectly. My only problem was that I'm allergic to the material. My face was red and scarred where the rubber part of the mask touched my face. This would happen whether I wore it for an hour or up to 12 layers. Eventually it ended up bruising my face and leaving burn marks. I put a barrier (Tegaderm, Duoderm, etc.) between the face and mask and it worked. Before you ask, no, the mask wasn't too tight. I used to wear the mask loosely just to get through security at the hospital entrance and go straight to the bathroom to put on the skin barrier, and my face was red and swollen within 5 minutes of walking from the car. My skin is too sensitive for this mask, but I recommend it to those who are not so sensitive. My boyfriend and my boyfriend wear them with no problem.
