This is a nice, and as advertised, very soft sports bra. I'm 5'3" tall, 150lbs, 36B and a size large fit me just about right. I do tend to find that a lot of sports bras are tight to get over my shoulders and then a little too snug around my ribcage. This sports bra was no exception, so I would say that it does run true to size since that's typical for me.I wore it with an open back shirt and the straps in the back are super cute and eye catching. I love the design of the longer length, however I found that it tended to roll up around my ribcage. I do have an issue with my abdomen being extended due to my last childbirth (diastasis recti), so I think if you were slimmer you probably wouldn't have that problem. Overall it seems that the quality is great, I love the camo print and the strappy back look.
