Review on FunniPets Training Waterproof Electronic Vibration Dogs by Randy Bin

I am very disappointed in this purchase. The product arrived as expected, looks exactly as pictured but that's about it for what it claims and what it actually does. Performance is poor in almost every way. The biggest downside is the range - almost half a mile is claimed, but none of the (3) functions activate from more than 40 feet away, even when fully charged. I live on 8 acres so the range of this device appealed to me until I tried it with my German Shepherd. I tried different channels for this device with the same effect. Next is the intermittent functionality when my pup is within effective range (again, around 40 feet). I would say with confidence that it only activates about 60% of the time which is really annoying as there is no point in activating it AFTER the pup has stopped doing what deserves a collar activation. I haven't tested the waterproof/durability claims as I don't want to accidentally hurt my dog and this device doesn't meet all other requirements. Finally, it stays charged for no more than 1.5 days. If you bought this and want to use the E-Impact feature, remember to start low as the default is (99/99) and it REALLY hurts. I'm not sure which dog needs that much shock. I have a large GS and she "understands" (if she works) at 10-15. The sound feature is quiet and I can't hear it from more than 25 feet away. The vibration feature seems to work well within the functionality of the (non-advertised) range. BUT my pup usually just scratches his neck and then moves on. I will be returning this device and/or disposing of it entirely and purchasing something more valuable with better functionality. I need a sound feature that will allow me to use a walkie talkie so my pup hears my voice instead of a beep. I would like something with a FUNCTIONAL range of 2600 feet and I would like something that will hold a charge and be as advertised.
