Adds Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to your Hackintosh

Adds Bluetooth and Wi-Fi hacking capabilities. Works out of the box with macOS, which is great. No problem. The only thing with this thing is that the internal USB for bluetooth can be a bit noisy so it can auto wake your system if you try to put it to sleep s3. In order for your hack to sleep without waking up automatically, you need to make sure that the USB port that the jack is plugged into is configured as "internal" in your hack's USB SSDT or kext. This way the system stays in sleep mode without waking up automatically. This is for macOS. While it works on Windows, I think it's been outperformed by the Intel Wi-Fi 6 and 6e implementations (ax200 and ax210). As such, I wouldn't recommend even bothering with installing drivers on Windows, as you'll get better range and performance with an Intel solution, especially for Bluetooth. This thing's Bluetooth performance can be spotty. One more thing: macOS is quirky in that sending appears to be disabled when only an Ethernet adapter (and no Wi-Fi card) is connected. If you add this to your system, even if you turn off Wi-Fi, the mere presence of this thing will allow transmission over Ethernet to work. I've seen some people complain about aquantia 10Gb/s adapters because those adapters don't work with broadcast. They do! I can confirm! The problem is that for some reason macOS disables broadcasting when no Wi-Fi card is installed. Install this thing and the boom transmission will work!
