We do tentatively recommend that you go up in size as the full size is approximately 4 inches shorter in width and 2 inches shorter than stated. The description on Amazon says 3.5 inches thick, the box says 3 inches. There is also no elastic band to fix the corners. If you can get over that the comfort is truly amazing, it hasn't lost any of its softness and I look forward to sleeping on it every night.
